About Good News Ministries of Tampa Bay

Who are the Good News Teachers?

Terry Modica, Director/Founder of Good News MinistriesTerry Modica, author of the Good News Reflections, is the most available member of the team. Her specialty is unpacking the Bible and Church teachings, making them easy to understand and therefore life-changing. With her husband, who has been her one and only sweetheart since they married in 1975, she has a special passion for sharing the secrets of success for longevity in the vocation of marriage. She travels anywhere the Lord opens a door. See her missionary trip to a Major Seminary in Malawi, Africa, her biography, or endorsements and sample of her ministry as a Catholic Evangelist. See her online video courses for our Paracletia ministry.

Ralph ModicaRalph Modica co-founded Good News Ministries with his wife Terry in 1995. He helped teach evangelization in week-long schools that were designed to charge up the faith of evangelizers. He is a graduate of the Lay Ministry Pastoral Institute of the Diocese of St. Petersburg, and he has taught Confirmation students so effectively that his students came back for more after receiving the Sacrament. He has taught RCIA and marriage retreat. Coming from a highly technical background of 40 years in the computer industry, Ralph also teaches and serves as a consultant for parishes in the use of technology.

His favorite topic to teach is the meaning of our baptisms (“God said to you, ‘You are my beloved child!'”)
