Man's way is to find the easiest, broadest road to travel, but God's way is the narrow road. He calls us to follow His way, which is not so easy. The world will persecute us for it. God's way is for us to love the way He loves, to love our enemies and do good to those who hate us. God's way is forgiveness. It's difficult to travel this narrow path, but Jesus is always there to guide us and teach us.

"Show me your ways, O Lord,...teach me your paths; guide me in your truth and teach me,...for you are God my Savior." (Psalm 25:4,5)

God gave me this image during my last year of college. I painted it for an illustration class, where we had to do a cover illustration for a specialty magazine. My instructor told me not to put Jesus in the image. I told him I felt He should be there. He disagreed and said if I kept Him in, it would affect my grade. I told him I would trust God. God did not disappoint me; my instructor gave me an "A."
