The reredos, or backdrop for the altar, shows scenes from the lives of both Thomas More and Thomas O'Neill. In the center is Saint Thomas More wearing the chain of the Chancellor of the British kingdom.

Saint Thomas More

On the right is the Tower of London where Thomas More was imprisoned before his execution in 1535. Also shown are fellow English martyrs: Carthusian monks, Saint John Fisher who was the Cardinal Bishop of Rochester, and the Saint's family.
