The windows in the Memorial Chapel honor a group of Catholic laymen. These three are canonized saints: Benedict Labre, 18th century French pilgrim and mendicant noted for his devotion to the house of God and shrines of our Lady (Feast Day April 16); René Goupil, 17th century French surgeon who was a North American Martyr (Feast Day October 19); Justin Martyr, 2nd century layman and pioneer defender of the faith (Feast Day June 1).
