Terry & Ralph Modica: Inspirational Catholic Speakers

Who are the Good News Ministries
Inspirational Catholic Speakers?

Due to being caregivers for Terry’s parents, Terry and Ralph and not currently available to travel at the same time.

Terry Modica and her husband, Ralph, are Catholic Lay Evangelists who provide inspirational, faith-building retreats and other adult faith formation events. They have been been doing this since before the 1995 founding of Good News Ministries.

Terry Modica, Director/Founder of Good News MinistriesTerry Modica, author of the Good News Reflections, is the most available member of the team. Her specialty is unpacking the Bible and Church teachings, making them easy to understand and therefore life-changing. With her husband, who has been her one and only sweetheart since they married in 1975, she has a special passion for sharing the secrets of success for longevity in the vocation of marriage. She travels anywhere the Lord opens a door.

See biography, or endorsements and sample of her ministry as a Catholic Evangelist. See her online video courses for our Paracletia ministry.

Ralph ModicaRalph Modica co-founded Good News Ministries with his wife Terry in 1995. He helped teach evangelization in week-long schools that were designed to charge up the faith of evangelizers. He is a graduate of the Lay Ministry Pastoral Institute of the Diocese of St. Petersburg, and he has taught Confirmation students so effectively that his students came back for more after receiving the Sacrament. He has taught RCIA and marriage retreat. Coming from a highly technical background of 40 years in the computer industry, Ralph also teaches and serves as a consultant for parishes in the use of technology.

See his biography.

His favorite topic to teach is the meaning of our baptisms (“God said to you, ‘You are my beloved child!'”)

A suggestion for you:

Online Retreats

The “virtual retreats” of Good News Ministries are online prayer and reflection experiences that you can enjoy wherever you are. All of them offer healing, rest and restoration in the gentle arms of Christ. Some are interactive. Some are prayer-poems. Some are multi-media. Some are in Virtual Reality (and you don't need headgear to see it). Take time alone with the Lord: [go]
