How has getting involved in church ministry helped you to feel valued?

If you have never experienced this, what would you like to be invited to do? Instead of waiting to be invited, offer your willingness to serve, and keep trying until you find your niche and feel valued.

If you are in a position of being able to invite people to get involved, what can you do to identify those who might be feeling outcast, so that you can evangelize them by bringing them into an activity that helps them feel valued?
