Prayer of Divine Illumination

Prayer of Divine Illumination

divine illumination

You have loved ones who have left the Catholic Faith. We all do. You know people who have embraced the lies of the Devil without realizing that they have endangered their lives here on earth as well as their immortal souls. Some of these deceived people are even in the Church — even in the hierarchy. They need divine illumination!

In fact, we all have been tricked into believing, to some extent, the lies of the Devil. We sin because we do not understand that God has a different way, a better way. We, too, need an increase of divine illumination.

The Prayer of Divine Illumination was written to give you an effective weapon against the darkness that has pervaded our lives and our world. Pray it every morning as a good foundation for your day.

How did the world get so dark?

Have you wondered: Why is there so much darkness in today’s world? Is it part of a planned strategy? The answer is yes. I learned this a long time ago from a satanist high priest who converted to Christ. Members of Generational Satanism have been infiltrating places of influence for decades in order to gradually and subtly convince everyone that evil is good and good is evil. Now that their plan has been realized, God is saying, “Enough!”

Listen to a podcast about this, which was recorded from a live presentation that I gave in March 2020: gnm.org/footsteps67.

Here’s the good news!

According to messages given in our Blessed Mother’s warnings during her various apparitions over the past century and longer, we can be sure that God has a plan to rescue the world from darkness. Many Spirit-filled priests and others who have the charism of prophecy believe that God is planning to provide a supernatural “illumination”. They believe that he is going to purge humankind from its very pervasive evils by sending a flood like in the days of Noah, but this time it will be the flood of the Holy Spirit! God is going to make it known to everyone on the earth that Jesus is Lord and he is the only way to Heaven, so that everyone can decide with eyes wide open whether to follow him or not.

The Prayer of Divine Illumination

The following prayer was inspired during my morning meditations several days before the Feast of Pentecost (2020). It’s provided here to give you something to use to help bring about the Great Illumination in your loved ones and into your own life. It’s an effective weapon against the darkness that has pervaded our world. Download it from the bottom of this page and share it!

The Act of Contrition
O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended You, and I detest all my sins, because I dread the loss of heaven and the pains of hell. But most of all because they offend You, my God, who are all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of Your grace, to confess my sins, to do penance, and to amend my life. Amen.

To Jesus (10 times)
Oh come Lord Jesus with Your Divine Light!
Come shed Your Great Illumination into the darkness of this world.
Come anew with Your Spirit of Truth to save us from the deceits of the evil one.

Once between decades:

Oh my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell;
lead all souls to Heaven, especially those most in need of Your Mercy.

To the Father (10x)
Father God, enlighten our minds, that we may be set free.
Enlighten our intellects, that we may understand the Truth more fully.
Enlighten our wills, that we may embrace Your Divine Will.

Oh my Jesus, forgive us our sins…

To the Holy Spirit (10x)
Come Holy Spirit and fill us.
Come Holy Spirit and renew us.
Come Holy Spirit and activate Your Divine Gifts in us, especially the gift of discernment.

Oh my Jesus, forgive us our sins…

Hail Mary

O Glorious St. Joseph, spouse of the Immaculate Virgin, obtain for us a pure, humble, and charitable mind, and perfect resignation to the Divine Will.

In the name of the Father, and the Son and the Holy Spirit, amen.

9-Day Consecration to St. Joseph9-Day Consecration to St. Joseph

Each day of this novena contains a brief story about various apparitions of St. Joseph, with special prayers.

With this consecration, we seal ourselves as his children. We place into his fatherly protection ourselves, our families, our jobs and ministries, and the Church. We also consecrate to his fatherhood those who are not following Christ, especially our own family members, because Joseph’s desire in heaven is that all of his children love his son, Jesus, and follow him to everlasting life.

Written with a powerfully life-changing twist, this is not the usual Passion story. “Forgiven” shows the passion of Christ as seen through the eyes of Peter and Judas. Each react in different ways to the final days and crucifixion of Jesus. One chooses forgiveness and the other ends his life in terrible guilt.

The story ends with the reunion of Jesus and Peter after the resurrection when Jesus calls Peter to become the first leader of the Church.

This is a fictional account based on the true events of the Passion of Jesus Christ, for the purpose of meditation.
