How to have one-click access to Good News Ministries

Add Good News Ministries to your phone's home screen

Here’s how to give yourself one-click access to all of the resources at Good News Ministries. Add GNM.org to your phone’s home screen! Your favorite faith-builders will then be just one click away: today’s Good News Reflection, today’s Saint Quote, God’s Word for You Today (a random quote), the newest podcasts, the newest announcements, prayers, and more.

Instructions for iPhone users:

  1. Open the Safari app, type in gnm.org, and hit “go” (or click here).
  2. Locate at the bottom of your screen a small box with an arrow. Tap that button.
  3. Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen.”
  4. Tap the “Add” button in the upper right corner.

Instructions for Android users:

  1. Open the Chrome (or other browser) app, type in gnm.org, and hit “go” (or click here).
  2. Locate the 3-dot hamburger menu in the top right corner of the browser. Tap on it.
  3. Scroll down to “Add to Home screen” and tap it.
  4. Tap “Add”.

May you be blessed more than you need!

How you change lives: The impact of support

two hands connecting the puzzle piecesDid you know that Good News Ministries will celebrate 30 years of continuous service next January? Did you know that it’s only possible because of those wonderful champions of the Catholic Faith who support this apostolate?

Ours is very much a grassroots effort (i.e. there is no money invested in advertising and marketing). And yet it requires two full-time workers supplemented by three part-time workers, plus our own server to run several databases, plus expensive pro versions of podcasting sites and other tools.* The support you give — because you see the value in this work — is absolutely necessary.

Here are important ways that you can provide support:

  1. Pray that God’s will is done in these efforts.
  2. Spread the word about Good News Ministries to your family and friends (share pages, forward the daily reflections, recommend our prayer resources, etc.)
  3. Follow and share our posts on X (Twitter) and Facebook and LinkedIn and Pinterest and Instagram.
  4. Subscribe, like, and share videos from our YouTube channel.
  5. Join and share our groups on the Telegram text messaging app.
  6. Support this apostolate financially; visit gnm.org/donate today.

*It costs about $12,000 (USD) each month to run GNM, and we typically receive about $7,000 in donations each month. Without some big support today, we could run out of funds in September
