Dear Father in Heaven, through the glorious transfiguration of Your Son, You verified the significance of Moses and Elijah as fathers of the Faith. You confirmed our belief in Jesus as the Messiah, saying, “This is My beloved Son in whom I am well pleased; listen to Him.” Lord Jesus, I lift up to You all those who listen to the false gods of the New Age movement, alternative religions, and materialism. Let their ears hear You calling. Teach me how to reveal Your saving love to them, and increase my holiness so that I may be transfigured by Your presence within me. Moses and Elijah, pray for us. Amen.
